This is a surface-applied coating service. Torch-on membrane is a separate waterproofing system.
Warranty terms, if offered, are stated in the quotation. Customer measurements are initial inputs; chargeable quantities also consider preparation, joints, upturns, laps and practical material allowances where applicable.
